Eggs from the Hens in My Backyard

Look at the variation in color! They are sooo pretty. We are getting over 120 eggs a month now from the hens I own. Not all of them are laying yet. I am still waiting to get those beautiful pink and green eggs from my Ameraucana hen. I am also still waiting for my three Cuckoo Maran’s to start laying chocolate colored eggs. I also have two roosters – a Buff Orpington named “Lucky” (he survived last year’s massacre) and a Cuckoo Maran named “Bluebell”. Bluebell lives all by himself in a pen. Hopefully one of these days I can give him a lady friend!
