A recent storm knocked over a few trees. One tree fell on the telephone line and others broke our fence in a few places. The horses got out. I was so worried when we went to feed the horses and they were gone! Thankfully they didn’t wander onto the road and just went feasting in the woods, close to home.

So the girls and I went to mend the fences. Barbed wire is a pain to work with! But after several years of having horses, we’ve gotten pretty good at it. Mr. Cooper came out to help.
